The film is guaranteed.
Lifetime = the lifetime of the film. If it fails within its 24-month adhesive life, we replace it. No receipts argued, no boxes shipped back at your cost.
Covered
- Film lifts at any edge within the 24-month adhesive life
- Yellowing, hazing, or visible discolouration under normal wear
- Failure to peel cleanly, residue we can't remove with isopropyl
- Bubbling within the first 30 days of install
Not covered
- Damage to the watch case caused by improper install (we offer a free walk-through)
- Loss or theft of the kit before install
- Modification of the kit (trimming, splicing, re-cutting)
- Damage from chemicals not listed in the care card (acetone, MEK, brake fluid)
