Unopened kits: full refund within 30 days. Shipping refunded if the kit was misdescribed; otherwise customer-paid return.

Opened kits: refund minus a 20% restocking fee, provided the kit is in resaleable condition (no installed film, no damage to the inner sleeve).

Installed kits: covered by lifetime warranty, not returns. See /warranty.
